All sales are final. At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items due to change of mind, size, or personal preference. Each product is created on demand, which helps us reduce waste and maintain sustainable practices.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error in fulfillment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work directly with our production partner to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.
